This is how easy the K CLEAR workflow is

The manufacturing process of K Clear Aligners is as simple as it is efficient. You can have your Aligners made by us in just a few steps.

1. Register at our Portal

First, create an account on our doctors portal (https://clearalignerportal.com/)

Your account will be acti­vated within 24 hours. lf you have your own portal, it can be linked through API integration instead.

2. Enter all necessary information

Upload your case including all important patient information (clinical photos, digital scans or physical impressions, X-ray for complex cases).

All information and photos can be submitted in the upload section of our portal

3. Treatment Plan

After you have successfully submitted your case, our team of dentists and orthodontists will create a 3D treatment plan for you. lt will be uploaded within 3 working days on our portal.

Our 3D treatment plans are done by a team of dentists and orthodontists.

4. Confirm the case

Next, you can confirm the treatment plan or request changes. lf the case is confirmed, we proceed to production.

5. Aligner production starts

After your confirmation, the production of the clear aligners starts. The aligners will be manu­factured for you within 10 working days.

6. Packaging

Your aligners will be packed in the individualized packaging ( as per contractual agreement with K Line).

7. Shipping to your office

The aligners will be sent to you from our head­quarters in Düsseldorf, Germany directly to your warehouse as per your agreement with K Line.

8. Shipping to your patient

The aligners will be sent to you from our head­quarters in Düsseldorf, Germany directly to your patient as per your agreement with K Line.

9. Receive tracking number

After the aligners have been shipped out, you will automatically receive a tracking number.

10. Request refinements or retainers

After the end of the treatment, refinements or retainers can be requested directly through our portal.
