In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end billing process, following up on payments, reconciling accounts, and monitoring payment-related customer accounts.

Main duties

 

• Managing the billing process.

• Generating invoices and account statements.

• Sending the customer invoices.

• Performing account reconciliations.

• Maintaining accounts receivable files and records.

• Assisting in general financial analysis.

• Daily banking reconciliation and debit card reconciliations to ensure accurate financial data.

• Address queries related to billings and ensuring prompt resolution.

Your qualifications

​

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, commerce, or any related field.

• 2-4 Years experience in the same position

• Excellent mathematical skills.

• A background in the dental industry would be advantageous.

• Excellent command of both Arabic & English – spoken, written and reading.

• Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint).

• Excellent analytical skills.
